Aidan Love started yoga at the age of 25 at the Iyengar Yoga Institute South London and we are always very pleased to welcome him back. He started looking for a way to help with chronic back pain issues and was instantly hooked to the Iyengar method, not just for its physical benefits but also for the mental calmness it brought him. He has been teaching since 2006 in London and Istanbul. He is now an experienced intermediate level teacher and aims to share the benefits of yoga with everyone he teaches. Aidan has a clear and caring way of teaching.
This workshop is aimed at confident beginner and general level students.
The morning asana session will look at balancing and centering in standing poses, inversions and forward bends. The afternoon Pranayama session will help bring awareness from the outside in towards your centre, the core of your being.
