August is a good time boost your yoga practice. We are running two sessions in August that will make full use of the all the yoga props we have at IYISL to help you develop your practice.
BKS Iyengar invented the use of ‘props’ - belts, blocks, chairs, ropes etc. He originally called them guides and explored using them to help people work more effectively and more deeply in yoga poses.
In these sessions you can expect to be challenged and to develop your understanding of how to work effectively in yoga Asana.
Sessions will be limited to 12 students and are suitable for students who have some experience of Iyengar yoga and are keen to progress further.
Sessions will run from 11am-1:30pm.
Single session: IYISL members £15, non-members £20
Two sessions: IYISL members £25, non-members £35
