Craig Blake is one of our regular IYISL teachers and teaches with passion and energy. This workshop is a chance to work from basic poses to develop your backbend practice. Backbends are the most energising and uplifting of all the yoga Asana and this workshop will look at the foundations of backbend practice and how to develop your backbend practice in a safe way.
It is suitable for beginners with some Iyengar yoga experience, general and intermediate level students.
Workshop times 11am-4:30pm
The workshop will include a long morning practice, a light vegetarian lunch and a restful and recuperative shorter afternoon practice.
