After our first successful men only session in April this year we have decided to run a regular months session for men.
In recent years far more men have started yoga looking to improve their flexibility as well as reduce stress levels.
Men commonly find that they struggle with tightness particularly in the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders and can therefore sometimes find a yoga class a bit intimidating.
The session will be taught by Jonathon Millet who has recently joined the IYISL teaching team and aims to find a balance of strengthening, stretching and relaxing the body in these sessions in a friendly, non-competitive, supportive environment.
