Yoga session for men

In recent years far more men have started yoga looking to improve their flexibility as well as reduce stress levels.

Men commonly find that they struggle with tightness particularly in the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders and benefit from a different approach to help them develop more mobility in these areas.

The class will be taught by Craig Blake an experienced and popular intermediate level teacher who has taught at IYISL for many years as well as teaching classes all over London.
