To celebrate Guruji’s (BKS Iyengar’s) birthday on 14 Dec, Glenys Shepherd will be running a birthday surprise yoga day! This is aimed at experienced general and intermediate level Iyengar Yoga students.
In celebration of the birthday anniversary of Sri Yogacharya BKS Iyengar, you will find inspiration to delve more deeply into Light on Yoga to discover sequences and combinations of asanas outside of your regular practice.
Glenys is the teacher who originally established IYISL over 25 years ago and her teaching reflects decades of learning from Guruji and Geetaji as well as her own teaching experience. Her teaching is always both inspiring and fun!
