The classes are designed to help beginners build their confidence as well as their strength and flexibility.  They are intended to get you started in Iyengar yoga and  you can then start attending our general classes.

We also run combined beginners and general classes which are a little more challenging. In yoga you should always be seeking to progress so, when you have built your confidence and understanding in the induction or beginners classes, it is time to move to one of these classes.
