Timetable: weekly classes

Find a class that's right for you. We believe Iyengar Yoga is for everyone regardless of age or ability, whether you have yoga experience or not. Each week we run regular Iyengar Yoga classes for students of all levels including beginners, general, intermediate, pregnancy and restorative.

Before coming to your first class you will need to register with the studio.

If you are completely new to yoga our induction course is the best place to start to get a good grounding in the full range of yoga poses. The drop in beginners classes are suitable for anyone who has completed the induction course or has a little experience of yoga. We also run an introductory beginners class on Mondays at 17:15 which is a shorter and gentler drop in class.

All beginner level classes are designed to help beginners build their confidence as well as their strength and flexibility. The majority of our classes are general level and are designed to be suitable for everyone who has some experience of the Iyengar yoga teaching approach, while the intermediate classes are more demanding classes and are aimed at those ready for more of a challenge.
