Increasing numbers of men are drawn to yoga to increase their flexibility and to reduce stress levels. The male body has a tendency to become stiffer as well as stronger and needs a different approach. Iyengar yoga has much to offer helping men understand how to work with their bodies and offering a wide range of props to help.
This session is for men only and will be taught by an Iyengar yoga teacher, Nick Train, who teaches directly from his own experience. Nick has been teaching men-only classes since he qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher. Join us to learn how men can benefit from yoga.
Session times 11am- 1.30pm
