Drop in beginners classes are suitable for anyone who has completed the induction course or has a little experience of yoga.
All beginner level classes are designed to help beginners build their confidence as well as their strength and flexibility. They are intended to get you started in Iyengar yoga before you start attending our general classes.
We also run an introductory beginners class on Mondays at 5:15pm which is a shorter and gentler drop in class.
