Iyengar Yoga emphasises the need to work hard but also the need to balance this with classes that help you deeply rest and restore the body and mind. Restorative classes use props to support the body in restful poses.
We also run a combined monthly restorative and Pranayama class introducing Pranayama and a range of restful Asana that prepare the body for Pranayama. Check the calendar for details of our next combined class.
