            The period after Christmas is the ideal time for yoga - to cleanse and reinvigorate your body and mind and prepare with positivity for the year ahead.
Both these half day sessions are for all levels of student from confident beginner to intermediate level students. Beginners should be used to doing Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and at least be familiar with the preparation for Sirsasana (head stand).
