These three monthly half day workshops with senior level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher Sophie Carrington are ideal for Iyengar yoga teachers who are interested in the intermediate teaching syllabus as well as intermediate and confident general level students.
The workshops will focus on understanding, developing and practising intermediate level poses within the Iyengar intermediate junior syllablus. They are an ideal way of helping develop an intermediate level practice for both teachers and students.
Sophie’s sessions combine a challenging approach with a detailed understanding of Asana and a clear approach to teaching and are an ideal way of helping you overcome blocks in your own practice.
